This episode Andrew looks through some of the evidence surrounding depression and finds that it is quite depressing. The inclusion and exclusion criteria really limit those that would actually fit the criteria for treatment. Additionally, you can't be too depressed or you are not allowed in the trials (why not take all?). It is easy to give a medication but it is amazing that 3 days a week of exercise is not only equal to medical therapy but likely better! Finally, the 500lb elephant of 'what will Questioning Medicine become is addressed (hint: it will continue to exist)
